Exit the elevator into a white courtyard and enter the labyrinth.

In the first room, the left doors close, and the right doors are locked. Proceed through the center doors into a gallery with posing Mannequins.

Reach the end of the gallery to find a red pedestal; a Red Skull Key is needed.

Return to the first room; the previously locked door is now open. Navigate the corridor and wall-jump to a higher floor.

In the intersection room, press the Alpha (α) button to unlock a door elsewhere.

Return to the labyrinth entrance; the previously closed door is now open, leading to a room filled with stationary Mannequins.

Take the Red Skull Key from the kneeling Mannequin behind the gate.

Return to the gallery room with the red pedestal. Six Mannequins will attack. Defeat them to proceed.

Descend the split staircase into a room with a walkway. Mannequins will ambush from below.

Continue through the underground tunnels, navigating past more Mannequins and eventually reaching the Minotaur boss arena.

Defeat the Minotaur.

After the Minotaur, a tram cart will appear. Ride it to the end of the level.

A secret encounter with Big Johninator is available.

Tips

Mannequins are fast but fragile. Hitting them on walls stuns them. Sawblade traps are effective.
Homing projectiles are harder to dodge but easier to parry.
