Master the 0-5: CERBERUS level in ULTRAKILL by learning enemy spawn mechanics and strategies for defeating Cerberi, Malicious Faces, and other foes.
In ULTRAKILL, the 0-5: CERBERUS level features an encounter with the formidable Cerberus. To awaken this miniboss, you must first clear out other enemies in the courtyard. This level is part of Act III, Violence, and includes multiple Cerberi among its enemy roster.
Courtyard Encounter
The encounter begins with trays summoning four Schisms on and around the grass area. Simultaneously, killing all Streetcleaners will summon five Drones. The Cerberus on the end of the bridge will awaken once either all Schisms or all Drones are defeated.
Lava Arena
This large open room features wooden bridges and a high ceiling platform, with a floor of lava below. A Checkpoint is located ahead of the door at the end of the first platform. Initially, four Strays and two Schisms spawn. Killing all Strays releases two Streetcleaners from pillars. Defeating both Streetcleaners summons a Malicious Face. Alternatively, killing both Schisms summons four Drones, and eliminating all Drones summons another Malicious Face.
Red Skull Arena
This castle-like interior has waterfalls and a Checkpoint at the start, with upward paths to a high-up level. Moving forward summons eight Filth, two Drones, and two Streetcleaners. Eliminating all these enemies summons a Malicious Face and six Strays on balconies. Approaching the Red Skull platform summons six Strays and a single Schism. Picking up the Red Skull causes three Streetcleaners to burst from the wall and awakens the Cerberus below.
