Walkthrough

In the first room after the elevator, take the center doors to a gallery with posing Mannequins.

Go through the next set of doors to find a room with an Alpha (α) button and a blue pedestal. Pressing the button unlocks a door back near the start.

Return to the first room and enter the now-open door. Follow the corridor and wall-jump up to the intersection room.

Press the Alpha (α) button in the intersection room. This will unlock a door back in the labyrinth area.

Head back to the labyrinth area. The previously locked door is now open. Enter it to find a large room filled with stationary Mannequins.

Proceed to the kneeling Mannequin behind the gate to collect the Red Skull Key. This will trigger the first Mannequin enemy encounter.

Return to the Mannequin gallery room and use the Red Skull Key on the red pedestal. This will open the path forward.

Continue through the level until you reach a room with a split staircase and two staircases on each side. A door will be on the far side.

Enter the room beyond the door. You will find a large arena with a tram cart. This is where the secret encounter begins.

Defeat the Big Johninator in the secret encounter.

Tips

Mannequins are fast and can climb walls. Use Sawblade traps effectively as they tend to chase the player.
Hitting Mannequins while they are on a wall will stun them temporarily.
The secret encounter with the Big Johninator is triggered by entering the arena with the tram cart after progressing through the level.
