    Exit the elevator into a white courtyard and enter the labyrinth.

    In the first room, the left doors close, and the right doors are locked. Proceed through the center doors into a gallery with posing Mannequins.

    Take the Red Skull Key from the kneeling Mannequin behind the gate.

    Return to the first room; the previously locked door is now open. Proceed through the narrow corridor and wall-jump to the higher floor.

    In the intersection room, press the Alpha (α) button to unlock a door elsewhere.

    Return to the labyrinth entrance; the previously closed door is now open. Enter to face the first Mannequin encounter.

Tips
  • Mannequins are fast and can climb walls/ceilings. Hit them while they are on walls to stun them. Sawblade traps are effective.
  • Homing projectiles are easier to parry due to their tracking and slower speed.
  • The tram cart from 2-4: Court of the Corpse King reappears.
