    Exit the elevator into a white courtyard and enter the marble labyrinth.

    In the first room, the left doors close, and the center doors lead to a gallery with Mannequins. A red pedestal rises, requiring a Red Skull Key.

    Return to the first room; the previously locked right door is now open. Navigate a narrow corridor and wall-jump to a higher floor.

    In the intersection room, press the button marked with Alpha (α) to unlock a door elsewhere. A book with lore about the Garden is also found here.

    Head back to the labyrinth entrance; the previously closed door is now open, revealing a room filled with stationary Mannequins. Take the Red Skull Key from the kneeling Mannequin behind the gate.

    Return to the Mannequin gallery room and place the Red Skull Key on the pedestal. Six Mannequins will break from their poses and attack. Defeat them to proceed.

Tips
  • Mannequins are fast and can climb walls/ceilings. Hit them while they are on walls to stun them. Sawblade traps are effective due to their tendency to chase.

  • The tram cart mechanic from 2-4: Court of the Corpse King is reintroduced.
  • The secret encounter involves Big Johninator.
