The Attractor Nailgun is a unique weapon that excels at crowd control and setting up devastating combos. Its primary fire, the Nailgun Burst, fires a rapid stream of nails that deal moderate damage. The secondary fire, the Attractor Field, deploys a localized field that pulls nearby enemies towards its center. This combination allows for strategic enemy manipulation and concentrated damage.

The core strategy of the Attractor Nailgun revolves around its ability to group enemies. Deploying the Attractor Field in a strategic location can pull a cluster of enemies together, making them vulnerable to area-of-effect attacks from other weapons or even concentrated fire from the Nailgun itself. Once enemies are pulled into the field, you can switch to your primary fire and unleash a torrent of nails into the tightly packed group for maximum damage.

The Attractor Field has a limited duration and range, so careful placement is key. Consider deploying it in choke points, doorways, or areas where enemies are likely to converge. The Nailgun Burst, while not the highest damage dealer on its own, becomes incredibly potent when used on enemies already grouped by the Attractor Field. Aim for the center of the cluster to ensure your nails hit as many targets as possible.

This weapon is particularly effective against swarms of weaker enemies like Malicious Faces or Husks.
