Strategy:

• Since you don't need to win, your primary objective is to keep your party alive. Yggdrasill has a massive 40,000 HP, so trying to defeat him is a waste of resources.
• Focus on defensive actions. Use healing spells like Raine's 'First Aid' or 'Nurse' whenever anyone's HP drops below 50%.
• If you have any defensive buffs or items that increase resistance, now's the time to use them.
• Attack Yggdrasill as you normally would any other boss, but don't overextend or take unnecessary risks. The fight will end on its own after a set amount of time or damage dealt.
• Make sure your party members are set to 'Defend' or 'Heal' if you're struggling to keep up with the damage.
• After the battle concludes, you'll witness a scene and then exit the Tower of Salvation.

Following this encounter, you'll be transported to Altessa's House. Remember to save your game near the rock slide before entering. Several important scenes will play out here. After a brief, simple battle within the house, speak with Yuan, Raine, and Tabatha to advance the story. Once you're done, exit Altessa's House and make your way to Flanoir.
