Phases:

1. Phase 1: Destroy the Energy Stones

   Your primary goal here is to take out the three Energy Stones. They have significantly lower HP than Kvar, and removing them will make the rest of the fight much more manageable. Since you only have three characters in your party, it's best to ignore Kvar for the moment and concentrate all your attacks on the Stones. Keep an eye on your HP, as Kvar does have a close-range Lightning Strike attack, though it's not particularly powerful.

2. Phase 2: Defeat Kvar

   Once all three Energy Stones are gone, turn your full attention to Kvar. He's more of a magician than a physical fighter, so he'll be less defensive. This is your chance to unleash your most powerful combos. String together 3-hit combos, follow up with a Level 1 Tech, then a Level 2 Tech. Don't forget to use Unison Attacks if they're available! You can combo him extensively now that his defenses are down.

Strategy:

• Prioritize eliminating the three Energy Stones first.
• Keep an eye on your HP, especially when Kvar is still active.
• Once the Stones are defeated, focus all your attacks on Kvar.
• Utilize your character's combo chains, Techs (Lv1 and Lv2), and Unison Attacks for maximum damage.
• Exploit Kvar's lower defense once the Energy Stones are gone.

Post-Battle Progression:

After the battle, you'll find yourself in Asgard. Before leaving, make sure to visit the house in the southeast part of town (look for two ladies outside). Inside, go to the east room and speak with Harley to receive the 'Figurine Book' and 'Pellets x6'. Once you've done that, exit Asgard and head towards the House of Salvation. From there, travel directly north, ascend the elevated ground, and you'll reach Lake Umacy. Enter the lake to continue your journey.
