Walkthrough

As Sonic or Tails, activate Debug Mode.

Select the Monitor Template.

Proceed to the area of the first battle with Mecha Sonic. You will notice Mecha Sonic is absent.

Move downwards to observe the Death Egg rising.

After a period, Knuckles will activate a switch to construct the bridge.

Tips

If you lose a life while the Monitor Template is selected, Sonic's or Tails' sprite will transform into a Monitor (a box).
Even after switching from Debug Mode back to Normal Mode, the character will retain the Monitor appearance but keep their original abilities.
