Clones of Mecha Sonic

Activate Debug Mode and proceed to the final battle with Mecha Sonic in Sky Sanctuary Zone.

After Mecha Sonic destroys the teleporter (an object that transports you), use Debug Mode to paste a new teleporter onto the screen.

The game is programmed to trigger the appearance of Mecha Sonic whenever a teleporter is destroyed. This will cause another Mecha Sonic to appear and destroy the teleporter you just placed.

Continue pasting teleporters whenever a Mecha Sonic destroys one.

By repeatedly pasting teleporters, you will eventually face the original Mecha Sonic along with two of its clones.

If you manage to defeat one of the Mecha Sonic clones, the level will end as normal.

As you run up the spiral pathway, you will observe that the Death Egg appears to be short-circuiting and its armor is still damaged from its crash landing on top of Lava Reef Zone's volcano.
