Alright, so after Angel Island, things get a bit trickier in Hydrocity Zone. Think of it like a souped-up version of Labyrinth Zone from the first game. You'll be dealing with conveyor belts, fans that push you around, those speed-boosting catapults, and some spinning pillars. Let's dive in!

Act 1 Walkthrough:

1. When you first land, head to the right and hit that switch. Then, go through the opening – you'll need to press A, B, or C to let go of the bars. Drop down and keep heading right. You'll see bubbles; make sure to grab them, especially when you're underwater, so you don't drown!
2. Keep going right until you find a Water Shield in a passageway. Grab it!
3. Take out any Badniks you see, then drop down. If you've got that Water Shield, you're golden – their attacks won't hurt you, and you won't drown underwater.
4. Head through the next passageway and let go of those poles. Hold Right, and you'll reach a Starpost.
5. Run through the loop-de-loop. The second time you go through it, veer left.
6. Now, run across the water. Keep holding Right, and you'll come across a Turbo Spiker.
7. Go through that loop-de-loop and then head right. Drop down and keep moving right.
8. Hit the switch you find to turn on the air fans. Climb up the conveyor belts and use the spring to jump up.
9. Head left and enter the Giant Ring. After that, when you return, go up the slope and past the Starpost.
10. You'll need to Spin Dash through the tunnel to face the Mini-Boss.

Mini-Boss Battle: Whirlpool Machine

This machine takes 6 hits to defeat. Keep an eye on its patterns and hit it whenever you get an opening!
