Walkthrough
- 1Define your character's personality using 9 points. Different traits unlock unique dialogue options and can affect your ability to complete tasks.
- 2Wake up and talk to Dr. Finck. Choose any dialogue options.
- 3Exit the motel and attempt to talk to the woman by the vending machine (you'll be unable to due to 'Total Lack of Motivation').
- 4Enter the motel reception and talk to Robin. Passing a Social Check (requires 1 point in Extraverted) allows you to get your room key card.
- 5Go to your room, interact with the suitcase, and sit down. A phone call will interrupt; accept or reject it, dialogue choices don't matter.
- 6Review your 'memories' by clicking on each icon.
- 7Experience a dream sequence. Pay attention to its significance for character understanding.
- 8After the dream, an icon appears. You'll later gain the ability to 'Hold to Recall'.
- 9Exit your room and witness a truck hitting a transformer.
- 10Achievement: Tap Out! Go to your room's bathroom and drink from the tap.
- 11Go downstairs and interact with the vending machine. Press the 'reddish button' to get water and lose the 'Thirsty' status.
- 12The sky turns red, and explosions occur. You'll wake up in Dr. Finck's office and receive a Purple Pill.
- 13Repeat the process of getting your key card and checking into your room. Take the purple pill or not, then sit on the chair. The phone call and memory review are the same.
- 14You will receive your first 'Intention': 'Memory or Fantasy?'. You'll need Willpower/Inspiration to commit.
- 15Take the pill (optional) and sleep to lose 'Anxious Apprehension'. You'll gain 'Inspiration' (same as Willpower), allowing you to commit to Intentions.
- 16Commit to 'Memory or Fantasy?' and go outside. Investigate the transformer hit by the car.
- 17Select all dialogue options to complete the Intention. The sky turns red again, ending the loop.
- 18After talking to Dr. Finck, open the memories screen, select the Intention, and 'Hold to Wrap Up' to gain 1 Inspiration.
- 19Outside Dr. Finck's office, you'll unlock an Intention to leave. Commit to it and interact with your car.
- 20You will fail to leave and return to Dr. Finck's office. A dialogue option related to this intention will appear.
- 21Attempting to leave again triggers a Decisional Check. If you have +1 'Calculated', you regain control; otherwise, you lose control. You gain 2 Inspiration.
- 22Fail the intention and unlock the achievement 'The Escape Failed Successfully'.
- 23Select the Intention again and 'Hold to Give up'.
- 24Free Roaming: Talk to the woman hitting the vending machine to gain the 'Fix Vending Machine' Intention.
- 25Commit to the Vending Machine Intention in your memories.
- 26Speak to the woman again and select 'Maybe I can help?'. Attempt and fail to fix the vending machine, then 'give up'.
- 27Go to the motel reception and speak to Robin. Select the vending machine-related dialogue option to learn how to fix it.
- 28If the clock is 8:07 or earlier, give Riley (the woman) a coffee to complete the Intention and earn 3 Inspiration.
- 29Gain memories: Robin's and Ben Fleming (Robin's father).
- 30Ask Riley about the red sky to gain a memory about Coral Destiny. Update the Rocket Launch memory by asking if she's watching it.
- 31Wrap up the vending machine Intention in your memories.
- 32Interact with the door left of yours on the second floor to gain the 'The Stocky Man' Memory.
- 33Speak to Robin in reception about the time loop and Ben Fleming.
- 34The 'Stocky Man' (Jason Burns) enters at 8:12. Listen to their conversation. Learn his name and backstory from Robin.
- 35Driving South - Max Gas: Drive south to Max Gas. Interact with the camera to the left of the store to unlock the 'Reality Show' Intention.
- 36Enter Max Gas. Talk to Max (Maxine Kay) and Riley.
- 37Gain memories: 'Careless Driver', 'Max Gas Lady', 'Where's Walter?'.
- 38Talk to Max alone to update her memory with her real name. Ask about Jason Burns to update Maxine's and Jason Burns' memories.
- 39Interact with the Kitty Poster to gain 1 Inspiration.
- 40Select Time Loop and Reality TV dialogue options to advance those Intentions.
- 41Use your phone to ask the police about Walter Kay.
- 42Use your phone to pass time and restart the loop. You need 5 Willpower/Inspiration to recall the dream icon.
- 43Next Loop: In Dr. Finck's office, ask about Coral Destiny and choose options related to the Reality Show Intention.
- 44Go outside and give Riley a coffee again. Ask Riley about Co... (conversation cut off in source).
