    Talk to Darrel in Cranktown, near the shops. He will give you [DUBIOUS CARGO x1] and instruct you to deliver it to Bobby in Ebel City.

    You have two options to reach Ebel City:
    • Option A (Long Road): Travel back to Ebel City via the Core Lift and elevators. This route will involve several battles against roadblocks.

    Option B (Fast Travel): Clear all hexes on the current level, place an Energy Station, and then use it to return to base, bypassing all roadblocks.

    Roadblock Battles (if choosing Option A):
    • Level 7 (Tundra Terrain): You will face 3 Li'l Tigers (Lv 22, 1000 HP each) and 4 Fat Gangsters (Lv 7). The tigers are tough and have no weaknesses. Use the gangsters as fodder for the hero gauge. Concentrate on defeating one tiger at a time. Hollow-Point or Incendiary Rounds are recommended.

    Level 7 (Closed Road near Core Lift): 3 Li'l Tigers (Lv 18) and 4 Fat Gangsters (Lv 7). One gangster is near your starting position, the rest are grouped between two bunkers. Defeat the closest gangster first, then target the tigers, and finally the remaining gangsters. Grenades can be effective here due to enemy grouping.

    Level 6 (Core Lift 2 to Level 6, Closed Road): Similar to the previous Level 7 battle, with 3 Li'l Tigers (Lv 18) and 4 Fat Gangsters (Lv 7). One gangster is to the left of your team, with the others grouped between bunkers.

    Level 4 (Before Rainy Bridge): Two Fat Gangsters are positioned on either side of your team's starting position, with two more between bunkers. You can defeat the two outer gangsters with the first MG hero action and finish them with HG.

    After reaching Ebel City, go to the Razzle Street location.

    Find Bobby standing next to Boutique Lily during the day. Hand over the cargo to complete the mission.
Tips
  • Save your game after each battle on Level 7, as these can be challenging.
  • Do not accept this mission if you have not yet reached Silver Canyon, as 4 roadblocks will immediately appear on Level 7.
  • Use the hero gauge effectively by targeting weaker enemies or using specific ammo types against tougher foes like the Li'l Tigers.
