Alright, let's get you prepped for Chapter 9 in Resonance of Fate. By the time you wrapped up Chapter 8, you should be sitting pretty with around 493 Hunter Points. If you were lucky enough to snag a bezel on Level 11 and took down those Goliaths in the red hex battle, you might even have 8 bezels! Your levels should be hovering around 50, assuming you stuck to the main path and didn't get too sidetracked with the Arena.

You'll find a letter kicking things off with missions involving [ENERGY HEX 2 Yellow x3] and [ENERGY HEX 4 Pink x3]. The guild hall is your next stop for the first three missions: one for Lex on Level 2, another for Miranda over at the Boutique, and a third for David on Level 10 at Albona. After chatting with Miranda, she'll ask you to head over to Cranktown.

Once you complete Lex's mission, don't forget to check your mailbox at Sweet Home for your Hunter Rank bonus rewards: [METAL-COATED ROUNDS EX x30] and [FIRST AID S x5]. After finishing the mission involving Lex's mother, you'll unlock the fifth mission, which also requires a trip back to Albona.

Before you head down to Level 10 for story purposes, you'll need to grab the Luxury Meat item dropped by an enemy there. It's crucial to have received your rank-up bonus before this, because those top-tier Metal-Coated Rounds are a lifesaver! And hey, if you manage to complete Miranda's mission, you'll snag the fantastic Hawk Eye accessory.
