Walkthrough

Start on the wooden platform in the open area and grab the 30-second time bonus.

Run across the bridge to the right and pick up the combo bonus in the combo chest.

Kill Majini while heading towards the 60-second time bonus on the middle portion of the ledge.

Fall off the ledge and run into the alcove on the right side of the open area to collect the 90-second time bonus.

Only enter the tunnel when enemies stop spawning.

Run to the back of the tunnel and break the 30-second and 60-second time bonuses.

Find and kill the chicken in the back tunnel.

Be prepared for Super Salvador to spawn; stun him with a hand grenade.

Fight Super Salvador in an area with surrounding Majini to maintain your kill chain.

Tips

Bui Kichwa can perform sudden jumping grabs, so watch out for them.
Super Salvador is a chainsaw-wielding Ganado whose attacks cause dying status.
To stun Super Salvador, shoot him in the legs with a magnum, toss a hand grenade, or use an explosive round from a grenade launcher.
While Super Salvador is stunned, perform a deathblow melee to deal significant damage.
Try to fight Super Salvador when other enemies are present to keep your kill chain going.
If Super Salvador appears in an area without other enemies, quickly run to find an area with Majini.
Super Salvador is the primary challenge; normal enemies are generally easy.
Look for the chicken in the back tunnel.
Use the 2-way grenade launcher to stun Super Salvador, then hit him with a deathblow melee.

Giant Killing [to help in defeating Super Salvador quicker]

Recommended Weapon Sets:

Rebecca [the explosive rounds will instantly stun Super Salvador]
Extra Weapon Set (Red 9)

Recommended Characters:

Chris, Jill, Rebecca, Wesker, Barry, Claire

With the Red 9, any character can kill with a single leg stun followed by a frontal leg stun melee. Wesker can melee kill Bui Kichwa with his dash. Use the 2-way grenade launcher to stun Super Salvador, then hit him with a deathblow melee. It should only take a few shots followed by a melee to kill him with Giant Killing equipped. Focus all attention on Super Salvador when he appears, while trying to keep the kill combo going.
