Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D Chris Redfield biography: Age 25, former USAF pilot, S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team marksman.

Biography:

Chris Redfield is a 25-year-old male with blood type O, standing at 6'1" and weighing 216 lbs. He is the Pointsman/Marksman for S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team.

A former USAF pilot, Chris is fully trained in both armed and unarmed hand-to-hand combat. Despite being an exceptional pilot, he was discharged from his unit due to persistent disagreements with superiors, possibly stemming from his straightforward personality. He is S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team's top marksman and joined Alpha Team's investigation into Raccoon Forest to search for Bravo Team. He, along with Jill Valentine, was chased into the mansion by enemies, accompanied by their team leader Wesker. Chris and Jill fought through the Spencer Mansion's horrors, eventually discovering a hidden lab where a traitor unleashed the ultimate T-virus bio-weapon. Chris survived the Mansion Incident and continued gathering information about Umbrella.

He traveled to Umbrella headquarters in Europe but was intercepted by a warning from Leon S. Kennedy stating that his sister, Claire, was being held captive on Rockfort Island during her search for Chris. Chris went to find Claire, reuniting with his former Alpha Team leader Wesker upon arrival. After learning Claire was taken to an Antarctic Base, Chris flew there, successfully saving Claire and destroying the facility.

In Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, Chris plays similarly to his appearances in RE5 Mercs and Mercs Reunion. He retains his basic weapon setup from BSAA Chris in RE5 Mercs, with the addition of an S75 rifle. His melee attacks deal decent damage, and he can easily achieve melee kills if an enemy is weakened with his handgun. His uppercut and stomp remain his most effective melee attacks for quickly dispatching enemies.
