Claire Redfield's Strategy:
First things first, whip out your Bow Gun and hit that suicide bomber with an explosive arrow. One shot should do him in and set off his explosives. Once the blast dies down, move forward and take out the second zombie in the room. Then, aim into the alcove and deal with the zombie commando rocking the infra-red goggles. With those three down, head down the hallway in the alcove. Stop at the corner, then slowly turn and aim left. Fire two quick arrows at the remaining two zombies – they should go down. Now you're clear to use the elevator sliding doors to get to the next area. Weird, right?
Chris Redfield's Strategy:
As Chris, grab your Magnum immediately and put a single bullet into the suicide bomber. Make sure he's done exploding before you move on. Then, L-target the second zombie and put him down. Next, head to the alcove and take out the zombie commando with infrared goggles with a single shot. Once he's dead, move forward to the corner. Aim left and shoot the two zombies there. Steve gets to have some fun here with his upgraded gear! Start by shooting the black suicide bomber zombie with explosives and enjoy the show. After he's dealt with, L-target the second zombie and unload some ammo, or just go for a headshot with the Gold Lugers. Then, head into the alcove to face the commando zombie. You can either headshot him or just spray him down. After that, run down the hallway to the corner. There are two more zombies waiting. If you've got the Gold Lugers equipped, try for a double headshot! When both zombies are right next to each other, one bullet from each Luger aimed at their heads can take them both out instantly. With the last two zombies eliminated, Steve can enter the elevator and be transported to the next room. How bizarre.
Alternate Claire's Strategy:
Alternate Claire has a bit of a tougher time here since the zombies are spread out. Start by firing a single Grenade Round at the suicide bomber zombie and let the fireworks begin. Once the explosion subsides, get up close to the second zombie and finish him off. Then, send Alternate Claire into the alcove to take down the commando zombie marching towards her. With the commando dead, run down the hallway to the corner. Aim left and open fire on the two zombies there. If you're lucky, they'll be close enough together for a single Grenade Round to take them both out, saving you some precious time. Once all threats are neutralized, you can enter the elevator and ride to the next room. It's a bit odd, isn't it?
Albert Wesker's Strategy:
Wesker, naturally, has no trouble with these scattered zombies. There's no risk of setting off the suicide bomber's explosives with his Combat Knife, but you can't just sneak up on him. For some reason, Wesker can only floor zombies by slashing their legs from the front. So, wait for the bomber to turn and walk towards you before you start slashing. The second zombie is a piece of cake – just cut him down! There might be an issue trying to get into the alcove to attack the commando zombie, as the Combat Knife might hit the wall instead of the enemy. Your best bet is to lure him out into the open area before you start slashing. You might also want to lure the two zombies around the corner out into the open before engaging them. You can even try to fight those last two while standing on the outer side of the corner; there might be just enough space for Wesker to swing his Combat Knife freely. Once the last zombie falls, Wesker can enter the elevator and ride to the next area. How peculiar.
