    With Flying Taxi: Fly to Training Lowlands. Turn around and head through the tall grass towards the Forest of Focus. After the slope, the forest entrance is on your right. Go left towards Challenge Road. Ascend the stairs, and the dojo student will be on your left.

    With Water-Traversing Bike: From the Brawlers' Cave scenic spot, cross the river. Turn left to reach the Training Lowlands exit; the stairs to Challenge Road are on your right. Alternatively, turn right to explore deeper into the cave, eventually exiting further up Challenge Road. Go up the left slope, and the dojo student will be on your left, near the Tower of Darkness.
  • Potbottom Desert:
    1. With Flying Taxi: Fly to Training Lowlands. Head through the Warm-Up Tunnel. The exit to Potbottom Desert is just past where you found the second Max Mushrooms. The dojo student is on the left past the exit.
    2. By Foot: From the Challenge Road scenic spot, go down the stairs to Training Lowlands. Continue towards the Forest of Focus, then go down the slope on the right. Turn right and proceed towards the distant cave. Enter Warm-Up Tunnel and continue through it. The exit to Potbottom Desert is around the corner. The dojo student is on the left.
  • Loop Lagoon:
    1. Without Water-Traversing Bike: Go back through Warm-Up Tunnel to Training Lowlands. Proceed to the Forest of Focus entrance. Cross the bridge and enter the forest. Take the first right (by the berry tree). Ignore the next bridge and follow the path to the right. Keep close to the river, past a Pokémon Den. Turn left immediately after the den and follow the path to an exit.
