Discover the Rolling Fields in Pokemon Sword and Shield! Find the Ingredient Seller, hidden items like Honey and Poké Balls, and battle Pokémon Breeder Chloe. Your guide to this Wild Area.

Hey there! Welcome to the Rolling Fields, one of the many cool spots in the Wild Area of Pokémon Sword and Shield. It's a pretty open place, and you'll find some useful stuff and a trainer to battle here. Let's check it out!

First off, keep an eye out for the Ingredient Seller. If you head north from the entrance along the dirt path, and then look towards the east as you get near the lake, you should spot him by a tree. He's handy because he sells all sorts of ingredients, but his stock changes daily, offering six different items each time. It's always worth a look to see what he's got!

You can also find some useful Items scattered around. Keep an eye out for:

  • Honey and Poké Balls: These are hidden in the flowers to the west of the entrance, near where Onix likes to hang out. They respawn daily, so you can grab them again later.
  • Energy Root: Look along the cliff on the west side of the entrance. This also respawns daily.
  • TM84 Tail Slap: You'll find this in the southwestern part of the area, tucked away inside a log near the cliff.
  • Big Mushroom and Tiny Mushrooms: There are a few of these hidden around! Check by a tree west of the area, on a pair of trees to the west, near a tree to the east in the middle, and another by a tree northwest of the Ingredient Seller. These also respawn daily.

Don't forget about Pokémon Breeder Chloe! She's hanging out on the eastern edge of the area and is ready for a battle. She's got a team of three Pokémon, all at level 13:

Pokémon Level Type
Grookey 13 Grass
Scorbunny 13 Fire
Sobble 13 Water

She's a good trainer to battle when you first arrive, so give it your best shot!
