- 2Ninetales and Arcanine are evolved forms of Vulpix and Growlithe, respectively. Both can use Will-O-Wisp, which inflicts a Burn status, significantly lowering Attack. Use special attackers or items like Rawst Berries to counter this.
- 3Kabu's final Pokémon, Centiskorch, is an evolved Sizzlipede. He will Gigantamax it immediately. It's recommended to use your own Dynamaxed or Gigantamaxed Pokémon to match it.
