Alright, so you're heading into the Slumbering Weald for the first time in Pokémon Sword and Shield. It's a bit spooky in here, right? You'll notice the fog is super thick, and honestly, the game doesn't even tell you what Pokémon you're up against or its level. It's a total mystery!

Here's the deal: none of your moves are going to work on this Pokémon. It's like it's a ghost! Just try whatever you want for three turns. After that, the battle will just end on its own, as suddenly as it began.

Once that's over, you and Hop will both pass out. When you wake up, the fog will have cleared, and Leon will rush in to make sure you're both okay. Good news is, the little Wooloo that wandered in is safe too. So, technically, the mission was a success! You'll then be taken outside the forest, near your house. Your next step is to go see your Mum, just like you planned.

Don't want to make your Mum worried, right? Head up the steps and go back inside your house. Then, go right into the kitchen where she's waiting. She's surprisingly chill about letting a kid wander around the country alone, and she's pretty generous with pocket money too! Before she changes her mind, leave your house and head back to Route 1 to meet up with Hop.
