    From the entrance, head north-east. You'll find green and red glowing mushrooms. Touching green mushrooms illuminates the area; poking red mushrooms can trigger wild Pokémon encounters (like Impidimp).

    Continue north to a T-junction with a green mushroom. Go left first. At a small crossroad, head south towards the tall grass, then west along the dark path until you reach a glowing mushroom.

    From the glowing mushroom, follow the path north, then east. Pick up the Bright Powder near the edge and jump over the ledge to the right.

    You'll land in tall grass. Go south to return to the crossroad.

    Next, head west from the crossroad. You'll find a trainer here.

    Return east to the first T-junction, then continue east. Along the south, there's a path through tall grass. Go past it and search a dead end on the right for 2 Full Heals.

    Before taking that path, continue west to a dead end and grab TM24 Snore.

    Go right and follow the dark path between the two tree trunks. Turn left at the obstructing tree root. Retrieve the 2 Hyper Potions to the left of a glowing mushroom.

    Head south. To the left, you'll find Madame Judy.

    Go left from Madame Judy, behind a tree trunk, to encounter a Level 38 Morgrem. Further left is a glowing mushroom. Poke it to reveal a hidden path.

    Before taking the hidden path, go forward and search a sparkling spot for Luminous Moss. Heading right from here leads to a ledge that returns you to where you found the Hyper Potions.

    Take the hidden path (left from the glowing mushroom) and follow it north-east. At the end, find TM56 U-Turn.

    Continue a short distance right and jump over the ledge below, then jump over the ledge on the right. You'll land north of the obstructing tree root.

    From here, you can go south-east to reach Madame Judy or the trainers, or continue north-east towards Ballonlea.
