Use the Flying Taxi to reach Route 2, near the beginning of the game. You'll arrive just outside Professor Magnolia’s home. Go south, through the gate, then head west towards the lake side. Below the bench overlooking the lake, ride the Rotom Bike into the lake.

Once in the lake, travel west for a short distance, then follow the river south. Grab the Psychic Seed from an area of land on the right.

Continue following the river until you reach the bridge connecting Wedgehurst with Route 2. Find a sparkling spot hiding a Water Stone.

Return to the lake and paddle to the center. On a small island, find a hidden Rare Candy at the base of a tree. In the north-east corner of the island, retrieve the PP Max.
