In Teir Evron, pick up the Luminescent Adra Shard from the altar.

Read the books on the shelves for lore: _The Enigmatic God of Cold_ (Rymrgand), _The Many Faces of Berath_ (Berath), _Book of the Hunt_ (Galawain), and _The Midwife's Memoirs_ (Hylea).

Place the adra shard on the stele in the center of the room.

Pray at the shrines around the room. Each god requires a correct invocation and you must click through their vision. You can complete quests for all gods before choosing one.

Praying to Rymrgand unlocks the quest Into the White Void.

Praying to Berath unlocks the quest A Servant of Death.

Praying to Hylea unlocks the quest The Nest Above the Clouds.

Praying to Galawain unlocks the quest The Old Queen and the New King.

Leave Teir Evron. Aloth will speak with you about Iselmyr.

To start the quest for Berath, return to Blood Sands and go to the Blood Sacrifice Chamber. Speak to Archdruid Rehstin.

Tell Rehstin that Berath believes it's time for him to pay his dues. Kill Rehstin and everyone else in the chamber.

Loot the unique Purgatory sabre from Rehstin's remains.

Fight your way out of the complex. Keeper Tallan drops Tallan's Amulet.

Back outside, speak to Iswld at the Golden Grove. He tells you High Ovate Erona is in retreat in Elmshore.

Warning: To avoid a major reputation decrease with the Order of the Golden Groves, you will need Resolve 15 shortly.

If Rinatto ran out of town, you will meet him again in Elmshore. He may have hired muscle, but they are easily defeated. Rinatto and his goons drop Exceptional items.

Travel to the island east of the Adra Pillars in Elmshore to find High Ovate Erona.

Tell Erona that Berath reckons she has lived too long and has extended her life beyond its natural span.

If you have Resolve 15, you can convince Erona to turn to stone peacefully.

Return to Twin Elms and select the Oldsong district.

Visit the Shrine of Hylea in the east of the district and speak to Onŵen and Casfath to learn about a dragon's nest in The Nest atop the temple.

Go to Galawain's Maw in the center of the district. Before entering, go down the nearby steps to find a chanter named Delem.

Agree to help Delem to initiate the quest Songs of the Wild.

Head back up the stairs and enter Galawain's Maw.

Inside, speak to Einden, who explains that the lioness Sul refuses to fight the bear Oernos and guards her pride.

Go up (west) to the Fangs' Heart and speak to Desthwn. The door here is locked (level 11). Desthwn will give you the key.

Go through the door and kill the three lions and two Lion Clan members.

An exit to Oldsong is here, near the Shrine of Hylea. Follow the path right, then up at the stone bridge.

Clear two traps (level 9 and 11) and fight more lions and Lion Clan members.

Interact with the vine for a scripted sequence.

You can sneak through with Dexterity 18 to reach Galawan's Shrine without injury. Alternatively, backtrack to the bridge and fight your way around.

You will find Sul the lioness with a woman named Irensî. Listen to Irensî and leave the conversation.

Oernos and bears will appear. You must choose to fight either Sul or Oernos. Taking out Sul is an option to save effort.

Speak to Irensî again and tell her Sul is not the rightful champion.

If you have a relevant class/background (Druid, Bleak Walker, Hunter, Ranger), Irensî and clan members will leave. Sul and her pride are no tougher than other beasts and are subject to Hold Beasts.

After defeating Sul and her pride, find hidden stashes in the area.

If you prefer to take out Oernos, find Einden and tell him Oernos is not the rightful champion.

Again, a class/background response may cause Einden and Bear Clan members to leave. Oernos provides a unique bestiary entry.

Note: You can kill both Sul and Oernos.

Return to Desthwn, who gives you the unique Cat's Claw sword.

Before leaving Galawain's Maw, go to the chamber below the entrance area and speak to an orlan woman named Larha.

Larha tells you outsiders have taken over Noonfrost and her sister, Alwah, has not returned from scouting.

Agree to look for Alwah to initiate the quest Prison of Ice. Alwah is also a merchant.
