First things first, head to the White Knight's castle in Falador. You'll need to find Sir Amik Varze. He's usually hanging out upstairs, so make your way there and have a chat with him. He'll lay out exactly what needs to be done.

Before we make a move on the Black Knight's Castle (it's north of the Ice Mountain, by the way), you'll need to grab some specific gear. Make sure you have some iron chain mail and a medium bronze helmet. If you don't have them, you'll need to craft or buy them. Once you've got those, head over to the monastery that's east of the Black Knight's Castle. Behind it, there's a field with cabbages – grab one!

Now, with your iron chain mail and bronze medium helmet equipped, make your way to the Black Knight's Castle. Look for the side door on the east side of the castle and walk through it. Once inside, head north into the small room. You'll notice an odd-looking wall; push on it to reveal a hidden passage. Go up the ladder you find there.

Upstairs, you'll find a grate. Go up to it and listen in. You'll overhear the witch talking to the black knight about a secret weapon – an invincibility potion. You'll also learn that a little goblin is supposed to get a special cabbage, but he's not going to!

Head back down the stairs and go through the door to the west, where the Black Knights are. A guard might try to stop you, warning that the knights in there will attack anyone who enters. Don't worry too much about it; just head in anyway.

If any black knights (they're level 46) decide to attack you, your best bet is to either run away or take them down quickly. Once you've dealt with any immediate threats, head into the south room. Go upstairs, and then climb the ladder that's to your west.

You're almost there! Once you're upstairs and have climbed the ladder, head north. You'll find another odd-looking wall. Push against it, and then use the cabbage you picked up earlier on the hole that appears. This action will destroy the witch's magical potion. Nicely done!

Finally, make your way back to the White Knight's Castle in Falador. Find Sir Amik Varze again and talk to him. He'll congratulate you on your success and give you your well-deserved reward!
