Talk to Almera, who will mention her son is looking for treasure in the waterfall. Board the raft to reach an island with a bare tree and speak to her son. Jump off the island, taking minor damage.

You will appear near a house. Speak to Hadley inside, who will discuss Baxtorian and his wife. Continue north past the falls into another house.

Return to Almera, then go back to Hadley. Go upstairs in his house and find a book. Read it, then speak to Hadley again. You can optionally visit the lady's grave, noting a hole for a pebble.

Obtain the pebble from Gnome Village, west of the fight arena. Navigate the hedge maze to reach the south side of the village. Find and go down a ladder into a dungeon with east and west sections. Search crates in the east section to find the big key.

On the west side, use the big key to open the prison. Speak to the gnome inside to receive the pebble.

Return to Ardougne. Bank all armor and weapons. Bring food and the pebble. The grave is east of Hadley's tourist info center. Use the pebble on the grave to enter.

Inside the grave, you will encounter level 24 zombies, non-aggressive level 21 skeletons, and aggressive level 62 moss giants. In one section, find a cupboard with an urn. Go to the tables, click the "odd looking wall", and search the coffin for an amulet. Collect both the amulet and the urn.

Go up the ladder and exit the grave. Return to Ardougne. Gather your armor, food, a stat restore potion, the 18 specified runes, the urn, the rope, and the quest amulet. Equip your armor and the quest amulet.

Return to Almera and board the raft again.

On the island, use the rope on the tree to travel to the next island. Repeat this process. You will reach the edge of the falls. Use the rope on the tree again to reach a large door. The rope will disappear.

Right-click the door and open it. Inside, you will face level 53 shadow spiders, which deplete prayer. To the east are level 21 mage skeletons (which lower combat stats) and level 54 skeletons. Search the crates to find a key.

Go to the west side. Navigate past level 109 fire giants. Push an odd-looking wall and go through the passage. Use the key on the door.

In the room with 6 pillars and a statue, use one of each specified rune (earth, water, air) on each pillar. Then, use the amulet on the statue.

The floor will rise, allowing you to reach the treasure. Use the urn on the treasure to collect it. Failure to do so will result in being swept away, requiring you to redo the rune and amulet steps but not the rune placement.

Exit the dungeon the way you came and jump into the waterfall.
