Speak to Brother Kojo in the house with the clock tower, south of the Ardougne Zoo.

Collect all four cogs from the basement. You can only carry one at a time. The colored blocks on the floor indicate the general direction of each cog.

Black Cog: Obtain a bucket of water. In the basement, go west to find the black cog surrounded by fires. Use the bucket of water on it to cool it, then pick it up. Place it on the black pole on the first floor.

Purple Cog: Go to the hall east of the four squares in the basement. Find a passage to a room with rat poison; pick it up. Go north to the Dungeon Rats. Adjust the levers to open the two closed gates. Use the rat poison on the food trough. Close and reopen the gates to kill the rats. Go into the cage and search the bars on the east end to climb through. Pick up the cog, go up the ladder, and place it on the purple pole on the third floor.

Red Cog: From the four colored squares in the basement, go west, then take the southwest passage to the ogres (level 58). Pick up the cog near the chests. Place it on the red pole on the second floor.

Blue Cog: Go west of the clock tower and cross the bridge over the Ardougne River to find a drunk monk. Go north over the bridge and west to find a ladder. Go down the ladder and follow the passage. At the end, push the odd-looking wall, pick up the cog, and go up the ladder. Place it on the blue pole in the basement.

Once all cogs are placed, talk to Brother Kojo again to receive your reward.
