First things first, when you accept this quest, make sure you chow down on some Bunny Dango for those crucial buffs. Also, gear up with a weapon that's strong against Fire (for Khezu) or Thunder (for Somnacanth). This quest gives you 50 minutes to complete it in the Frost Islands and rewards you with 4560z.

Monster Locations

Knowing where to find your targets is half the battle. Here's the lowdown on where Khezu and Somnacanth tend to hang out:

Khezu Locations

• Area 12: 60% chance
• Area 2: 30% chance
• Area 5: 10% chance

Somnacanth Locations

• Area 7: 60% chance
