Alright, so you've got the 4-star Village Quest called "Deliver the Liver." It sounds a bit gross, but don't worry, it's pretty straightforward! Your main goal here is to snag 5 lots of Monster Guts.

To get those guts, you'll be heading to the Sandy Plains. Keep an eye out for monsters called Delex. These are the little guys that drop the Monster Guts you need. You'll usually find them chilling in the sandy areas up north, so make your way to the top part of the map. Don't forget to use your mini-map – those red markers will point you right to them.
