Alright, so you've picked up the "Tired and Feathered" quest in Monster Hunter Rise, and you're ready to take on Kulu-Ya-Ku. This is one of your first Hub Quests at 1-star, so it's a great way to learn the ropes. Before you head out, make sure to give your Palico a good meal with some Bunny Dango for a nice buff, and definitely bring a Water-element weapon, as Kulu-Ya-Ku is super weak to it!

This quest is available at 1-star Hub Quests and offers a reward of 2880z. You'll be hunting in the Shrine Ruins, and you've got a generous 50 minutes to get the job done.

Where to Find Kulu-Ya-Ku:

As you can see, you'll most likely find Kulu-Ya-Ku chilling in Area 6, but there's a decent chance you'll bump into it in Area 7 or even Area 12.

How to Defeat Kulu-Ya-Ku:

Kulu-Ya-Ku is a Bird Wyvern that you might remember from Monster Hunter: World. Its biggest weakness is definitely Water, so that weapon choice is key. Keep an eye out, because this guy loves to pick up rocks to use as weapons. When it does this, you'll want to try and attack its sides or its back. Avoid hitting the rock itself, as it'll just block your attacks.
