    Exit the cave and climb east to Gaea's Cliff.

    Run down the crater face, encountering a Black Caped figure.

    Proceed west through stone spikes and misty ground.

    In the Whirlwind Maze, continue west, keeping an eye on the southern edge for the red glowing Neo Bahamut Materia.

    Jump to a northern ledge, save at the Save Point, then jump north and west to witness Shinra's arrival.

    Continue west to a stone bridge over a windy chasm. Time your crossing to avoid being knocked back and fighting a Wind Wing.

    Talk to the two black-cloaked figures before crossing to obtain a Hi-Potion and an Ether.
