Guide to Witchwood Cullis Gate in Fable: The Lost Chapters. Learn how to find the Archaeologist, defeat the Rock Troll, and collect valuable loot.

Alright, so you've just finished up with that Bandit Seeress quest. Good job! Now, head back to the Heroes' Guild and have a chat with Maze. He's got a new assignment for you, and it's going to take you to a brand new area.

Mandatory Quest 10: Find The Archaeologist

• Location: Witchwood
• Reward: 1200 Gold

Once you've accepted the quest, you'll find that Witchwood is a new zone you can warp to. Seriously, warping is the only way in – it's not connected to any of the places you've explored so far. So, warp yourself over there. As soon as you arrive, look around the Cullis gate and chop down those bushes. You'll find a chest with a Resurrection Phial inside, which is always handy to have. Oh, and if you fancy a bit of fishing, there's a pond on the other side of that nearby fence where you can catch a Moonfish.

Now, follow the path ahead. You'll soon run into a Rock Troll. These guys are a bit more of a challenge than the Earth Trolls you might have fought before, but their attacks are pretty similar. The main difference is you'll need to dodge more of those big boulders they throw before you get a good opening to strike. Honestly, the same strategy you used for the Earth Trolls should work here. Just keep moving and look for your chance to attack. Behind the troll, you'll find a barrel. Smash it open to get a book called "The Guild Of Zeroes." Right next to it are a Will Potion and an Ages of the Will Potion, so grab those too. If you look to the northeast from there, you'll see the entrance to the next area. Head on through!
