Walkthrough

Upon entering Greatwood Gorge for the first time, you will receive the Bandit Toll side quest.

Bandits have taken over the gorge and demand a toll. You can either pay them or fight through.

If you kill the leader (the largest bandit), the rest will scatter.

At the north end of the gorge, you can find 500 Gold, a Flame Augmentation, a Steel Pickhammer, and some potions.

Near the Greatwood Cullis Gate (a fast travel point), you will find Demon Door #2.

To open Demon Door #2, you must have a completely evil alignment bar or perform evil deeds in front of it.

If your alignment is not evil enough, perform evil deeds such as eating about ten Crunchy Chicks or getting four people to follow you to the door and then murdering them in front of it.

Inside the Demon Door, you will find the Arboretum and a chest containing Wellow's Pickhammer.

Tips

Killing the bandit leader causes the remaining bandits to flee.
Consider the rewards available at the north end of the gorge.
Evil deeds like eating Crunchy Chicks or murdering followers can help open Demon Door #2.
