How to Get Straw in Enshrouded

The most effective place to acquire Straw in Enshrouded is at the Bounty Barn, where a farm bed contains Wheat Grains. Harvesting these crops yields Wheat Grains, which can be processed into Flour, and also provides additional Straw for your building needs.

You can locate a plentiful source of both Flour and Straw at the Bounty Barn, situated east of Umber Hollow on the in-game map.

Straw can also be found in destructible props within Farming Points of Interest (POIs) in the Nomad Highlands and Kindlewastes. Search for bundles of Straw, identifiable by their long yellow bushes. Be cautious not to confuse these with Plant Fiber sources.

For a more consistent and efficient supply of Straw, it is highly recommended to cultivate Wheat Seeds. This requires Water, Wheat Grains, and Fossilized Bone Dust. Plant these seeds in Farmbeds, using either basic Farm Soil or Fertilized Farmsoil. Once the Wheat grows, you can harvest it for as much Straw as you need. Continuously planting Wheat Seeds ensures a steady supply for your base-building projects. Wheat is also valuable for crafting various meals, such as Meat Wraps (offering 5 Constitution and 1 Intelligence) and Flatbread (providing 5 Strength).
