1. First things first, you've got to kick off the Carpenter's quest called 'Table Saw for the Carpenter'.
2. This quest will send you on a bit of a scavenger hunt. You'll need to head to Thornhold and make sure you loot every single chest you find in the market square there.
3. Once that's done, your quest log will update, pointing you up the road towards some wagons. Follow that lead!
4. From the wagons, you'll need to make your way to a location in the north called Fawnsong Frontier.
5. When you get to Fawnsong Frontier, you'll have to deal with some Scavengers. After you've cleared them out, look for a wagon near the bridge leading to the boss at the northern edge of the camp. That's where you'll find the Table Saw Blades you need.
