Learn how to find and use Ra's Mirror in Dragon Quest II to break a curse, rescue the Princess of Moonbrooke, and complete your party. Includes recommended levels and equipment.

Alright, so we're heading towards a pretty important item here: Ra's Mirror. It's key to getting the Princess of Moonbrooke to join your party, which is a huge step! We'll start by navigating out of some tough monster territory. Head east from the bridge in Moonahan, then take 3 steps east and 3 steps south. From there, just keep heading west through the forest. Be careful not to go south too early, as there are some nasty Badboons and Dragonfries lurking there. Stick to the west until you hit sand.

Once you reach the sandy area, head south. You'll spot a castle surrounded by a poisonous swamp – that's Moonbrooke Castle. You *could* check it out, but honestly, it's not worth the trouble right now. We have a more pressing mission!

Instead of going into Moonbrooke, turn back east and make sure you stay south of the water. Keep going, and you'll pass a couple of bridges. Look for a sparkle on the poisonous swamp just beyond them. That sparkle is Ra's Mirror! Grab it, and then it's time to use your Chimaera Wing to fly straight back to Moonahan.

Back in Moonahan, find the dog. Approach it, and then open your menu by pressing Y. Select Ra's Mirror from your items and use it. Poof! The curse is broken, and the dog transforms back into the Princess of Moonbrooke. How about that! She'll join your party, finally filling out your team. She's starting at level 1, but she comes with the essential Midheal spell, which is a lifesaver. Make sure you buy her the Divine Dagger as soon as you can. If you've been saving those Seeds of Agility and Life, now's the perfect time to give them to her to give her a nice boost.

Heads up on costs: After the Princess joins, inn prices are going to jump up. They'll be three times what they were when it was just the Hero, and about 1.5 times what they were before she joined. So, keep that in mind for your budget!
