Travincal is located northeast of Upper Kurast, and both areas feature Waypoints for easy returns. The Travincal Waypoint is in a fixed location near the northwestern edge, simplifying navigation. The entrance to the Durance of Hate, where The Council resides, is east of the Waypoint. Even without the Enigma skill, players can quickly reach The Council from the Waypoint.

Monster Immunities:

• Council Member: Fire or Lightning
• Hierophant: Cold
• Night Lord: Cold
• Water Watcher: Poison
• Zealot: Lightning

Super Unique Council Member Immunities & Modifiers:
