You'll find her chilling in the Forgotten Tower, specifically on Level 5. This tower is tucked away in the Black Marsh area of Act 1. Getting to her can be a bit of a trek, but trust me, it's usually worth the effort, particularly if you're playing on Normal or Nightmare difficulty. Why? Because she almost always drops 1-3 runes every single time you take her down!

Now, a heads-up for those playing on Hell difficulty: The Countess is immune to both cold and fire damage. This means if you're a Sorceress who relies heavily on those elements, you might have a tough time. But don't worry! Your trusty mercenary can usually handle poking her to death if needed.
