Lower Kurast is located north of the Flayer Jungle in diablo ii resurrected, serving as an area in Act 3. A Waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) is present in Lower Kurast, allowing for quick returns. The area is laid out in a grid of huts; you can use teleportation to move up and down rows of huts to find the bonfires. The bonfires are distinctive features, easily identifiable even on the minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen). A Sorceress, due to her Teleport ability, can clear these runs faster than other classes, unless they possess the Enigma runeword.

Access to Act 3, preferably with a character that has high mobility like a Sorceress or a character with the Enigma runeword.

Denizens of Lower Kurast:

Lower Kurast contains monsters such as Doom Apes, Hell Buzzards, Tree Lurkers, and Zakarumites. These creatures are immune to fire and lightning damage. The area has an Area Level (aLv) of 80, meaning Champion and Unique monsters can reach Monster Level (mLV) 82 and 83, respectively. However, some high-end elite items cannot spawn in this area, so do not expect many endgame unique or set drops.

Best Characters to Farm Lower Kurast:

Speed is crucial for farming Lower Kurast. Without the Enigma runeword, a Sorceress offers the most speed. The Blizzard Sorceress is a strong choice because no monsters in Lower Kurast are inherently immune to cold damage. However, any character capable of quickly reaching the Super Chests can perform well.

The primary reward from farming Lower Kurast is the chance to obtain items from the Super Chests. While not all endgame unique or set items can drop here, it remains a valuable farming spot for specific item types and runes.
