    Enter the armory room on the left to visit Sergeant Jack Walls. He will greet and talk to McCoy automatically.

    Head outside and enter the Esper room on the right.

    Access the Esper screen on your left. Two new photographs will be uploaded from the disc.

    Select the first photo and zoom in on the following clues: Lucy's anklet on her left leg, Lucy's face, and Lucy's work desk.

    Exit and select the second photo. Then, zoom in on the following clues: Clovis' face, Clovis' boots, the ground car's license plate, and the full rear of the ground car.

    Exit the analyzer and update McCoy's K.I.A. by accessing the mainframe on the right side of the room.

    Exit the room.

    Click on the notice board.

    Click on the cigarette butt below.

    Head inside the elevator and head to the 1st floor.
