Explore Blade & Sorcery conversation options in the menu to change McCoy's questioning style, from polite to rude, or random. The fifth option is highly recommended.

You can choose how McCoy asks questions when interacting with people via the options menu. There are five choices available, and McCoy will adjust his questioning style based on your selection.

The first three options will make McCoy ask in a polite, neutral, or rude manner. The fourth option causes McCoy to ask randomly, alternating between polite and rude approaches. The fifth option allows you to select topics from the conversation thread, which is highly recommended.

Additionally, the "Designers Cut" feature is mentioned, though it is not fully finished and only appears in Act 1. Refer to Section 6.5 for more details.

Anything McCoy asks in the game will not intensively affect gameplay. You can change these options at any time. However, loading a save game will revert McCoy's personality to its previous state.

You can refer to Section 6.4 for a full set of conversation threads that may appear during gameplay across three types of personalities.

Tips
  • The fifth conversation option, allowing you to choose topics from the conversation thread, is highly recommended.
  • You can change McCoy's personality options at any time during gameplay.
  • Be aware that loading a save game will reset McCoy's personality to its previous state.
