Luther and Lance are Siamese twins who previously worked for Dr. Tyrell but were fired. They have since started their own business, operating out of a lab behind Dermo Design, where they sell bio-mechanical parts to an unknown party.

Luther has blond hair and wears spectacles. Lance has dark hair and a disfigured face. Both twins wear teal shirts and grey pants.

Both Luther and Lance were voiced by Jason Cottle.
