Infiltrate the Barges: An objective marker will appear on several barges across the River Thames. Time your jumps between moving boats, pallets, and poles to cross safely without falling into the water. Alternatively, use the Rope Launcher to travel between ship masts.

Destroy the Contraband: Once you reach the objective area, use Eagle Vision to find the three contraband crates. Tag the 8-9 guarding Thugs and use stealthy tactics like assassinations or throwing knives to eliminate them. A fire barrel near the furthest crate can be used with a hallucinogenic dart to distract enemies. For the optional objective, pick up 4-5 dynamite crates and place them in a line between the two closest target containers. Retreat and shoot one of the dynamite crates to destroy both simultaneously. Destroy the third crate with another dynamite crate.

Assassinate the Target: Your target will appear in a restricted area across the river. Climb a nearby pole or mast and use your Rope Launcher to stay elevated. The target patrols slowly; assassinate him from high locations he passes under, such as the building in the center, raised metal pipes in the southeast, a rope between tall poles, or the water tower. You can also use hanging barrels by the water tower for a crushing kill.

Locate the Target: Return across the river to the 'Warehouse' building marked by a green objective indicator. Use the Rope Launcher to climb to the open window on the top floor and enter. Proceed downstairs until a scene plays. After the scene, you can either fight the three enemies inside or return upstairs and jump out the window. Exit the building and leave the red restricted area on the map to complete the memory.
