At the outdoor Barber Shop, you'll meet Feeny Sodd. Use Eagle Vision to find the Blood stain on the cobblestones and the Razors on a box. Talk to Feeny about Det. Murphy, Missing People, Blood, and George.

With all the clues gathered, you need to revisit a suspect for more info. Head back to the Flower Shop and speak with Joanna again, asking her about George.
