    Enter Lambeth Asylum and climb to the vantage point on the second floor overlooking the surgery theatre.

    Use Eagle Vision to tag both opportunities: the Nurse and the Young Doctor.

    Nurse Opportunity: Find her on the southern part of the asylum's northeastern wing. Retrieve her stolen key by sneaking or killing the guard who has it. This grants a master key for locked doors.

    Young Doctor Opportunity: This allows for a unique kill by hiding a body and taking its place to be wheeled into the surgery theatre.

    Assassination Strategy: Enter the hall to your right after the hint screen. Follow it to an open grating at ground level.

    Slide through the grating and immediately turn left into the hallway.

    Follow an enemy into the side room on the right and assassinate him. Alternatively, use the grating to the right to find a chest.

    Quickly descend the stairs behind their location before the patroller returns.

    At the bottom of the stairs, assassinate the doctor in the side room opposite the stairs and the patrolling doctor in the hallway. Use throwing knives for headshots or lure them for corner assassinations.

    Enter the morgue to find the Young Doctor. Ensure the unique kill opportunity is active by identifying him with Eagle Vision.

    Wait for the doctor to move to the far side of the morgue. Sneak to the table, grab the indicated body, and place it in the hiding spot in the side room.

    Return to the table and interact with it to lie down in the body's place.

    During the subsequent scene, press the 'assassinate' button (X/Square) when prompted.

    After the target is dead, unlock the door on the right (from the inside) to escape.

    Kill the enemy in the hallway behind this door.

    Follow the hallway left and, in the room at the end, kill the doctor over the desk through the right-hand door.

    If you helped the nurse, climb to the ledge above the door and through the open window to escape.
