Memory 04: 04 Operation Westminster

Make your way to the Houses of Parliament and enter.

Locate the secret agent inside and speak with him.

The agent will point out an isolated Templar wearing a suicide bomb vest. You must kill this Templar without being spotted, or he will detonate, killing civilians and causing desynchronization. You can use the rope launcher to get overhead and plant a throwing knife in his brain from a distance.

After killing the first Templar, you'll learn there are five more suicide bombers. Activate your Eagle vision to locate them. You must take them all down without being spotted.

Return to the secret agent, who will have moved to the opposite wall. Get into cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) next to him. Wait for the bomber in the hallway to approach and whistle him over into a cover takedown [Templar Bomber 1/5].

Follow the hall to the right of the secret agent's location to find an open door leading to a garden party area. There are two bombers here: one to the immediate right of the open door and another on the opposite side of the courtyard. Tag them both.

Wait for the bomber to the right of the door to look away, then quickly enter the courtyard and get into the haystack near where he was standing. Wait for him to patrol back and perform an assassination on him from the haystack [Templar Bomber 2/5].

Deal with the bomber on the other end of the courtyard using any method; throwing knives are effective [Templar Bomber 3/5].

Return to the open door, go back past the secret agent's location, and through the door at the far end. Take the right-hand hallway to exit into the southern part of the large entrance chamber.

The final two bombers are in this room. To get the optional objective, move into the room and down the two small sets of stairs. Activate Eagle Vision to tag the targets. Use a whistle to lure the bomber to your location and quickly hide behind one of the sets of seats on the left or right of this platform. Whistle him over into a side area, then reveal yourself when he is away from others. He will trigger the explosives, giving you a few seconds to run away. If successful, he will explode, crediting you [Templar Bomber 4/5] and earning the optional objective.

The final bomber is by the main doorway on the north side of the room. You can climb to the supports above the room and air assassinate him, or use throwing knives, the curtain to his right, or nearby chairs as cover for an assassination [Templar Bomber 5/5].

Move to the southern end of the room towards the objective marker. A yellow objective marker will appear for another Templar who will run off.

Follow him through the hallways. A short cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) will play when you catch up. When prompted, pull out your gun and shoot the Templar, being careful not to shoot his hostage, or you will desynchronize.

You now have a final task: track down and defuse four bombs located throughout the building within 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

The general locations of the bombs are marked with objective markers. Moving up to and interacting with a bomb will disarm it. You must sprint at full speed to complete this within the time limit.

The bombs can be disarmed in any order. An efficient route is:

The first bomb [Bomb 1/4] can be found inside an office through the open door at the far end of the hallway.

The second bomb [Bomb 2/4] is located in the outdoor courtyard/garden party area. It can be found in the far, right corner from the entry door.

The third bomb [Bomb 3/4] is located in the southern part of the large entrance chamber, down the two small sets of stairs.

The fourth bomb [Bomb 4/4] is located by the main doorway in the north side of the room.
