e. Chapter five: March of the scourage (ROCWH5)

Form an attack group and begin training Peasants. Aim for 9 more Peasants. Assign 2 to gold, 3 to lumber initially. Send one new Peasant to the bottom-left entrance and another to the top-left entrance. Assign the remaining 2 Peasants to lumber, establishing a total of 5 on gold and 6 on lumber.

Build a new Lumber Mill further in the forest around 8-9 minutes in if lumber becomes an issue. Keep your attack group positioned between the two main entrances.

Research Improved Masonry and Improved Lumber Harvesting upgrades from the Lumber Mill. Train new Peasants and assign them to build Scout Towers at both entrances, aiming for 10 at each, ideally in 2 rows. The north entrance may require towers placed slightly to the side to avoid blocking.

Be aware of occasional attacks from the northeast entrance. If this occurs, move lumber Peasants into the forest, lure attackers towards your northwest towers, and kite them to your defenses.

When attacks begin, send your attack group to defend. Utilize micro-management as Arthas's healing may not be sufficient. Pull back Peasants under attack to repair them later.

Upgrade Scout Towers to Watch Towers. Balance your defenses between the two main entrances until you have 10 Watch Towers at each.

Focus fire on incoming Meat Wagons. Keep an eye on the radar and maintain your attack group's position between the two entrances. If needed, use a Peasant to build 1-2 additional towers and then return them to lumber while another Peasant repairs.

Once Arthas levels up, learn his Resurrection spell. After completing the 10 Watch Towers, begin building a Workshop and 2 more Scout Towers on each side behind the current defenses. Upgrade these to Cannon Towers.

Research Blacksmith upgrades. Refresh your attack group to include 4 Footmen and 7 Riflemen. The Priest can be included for healing.

Ensure you have 10 Watch Towers and 2 Cannon Towers at each entrance. Save frequently.

When a Lich appears, send all units to attack it, using Arthas's Holy Light. Focus fire on the Lich first, then the Meat Wagons. To effectively deal with the Lich, position your attack group in front of your Watch Towers (on the attacker's side) and wait for the Lich to start channeling Death and Decay. Focus all attacks on the Lich at this moment to prevent it from using Frost Nova. Use Holy Light twice on the Lich.

After the Lich is defeated, return your group to the towers, then engage the Meat Wagons. Use Arthas's Resurrection spell near the end of combat to revive fallen units.

As resources accumulate, build an Arcane Sanctum and more Farms. Research Adept training for Sorceresses and Priests, and train approximately 3 of each.

Consider waiting until you have around 1000 gold before exceeding 40 food capacity to avoid running out of gold due to upkeep.

Once you have 4 Footmen, 7 Riflemen, 3 Priests, and 3 Sorceresses, prepare for an attack from the purple player on the top-left path. Save the game and send your groups out quickly. Hotkey your fighters (Group 1) and casters (Group 2).

Follow the path as it curves right, then continue up to the left. Be cautious of the undead base to your right and further up to the left. Proceed quickly.
