Follow this Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos walkthrough for Chapter Two: Daughters of the Moon. Guide Tyrande through stealth missions, item collection, and combat.
Walkthrough
- 1Start by heading left and forward across the river. Wait for the two Doom Guards to patrol to the right and move Tyrande through quickly. If agro is pulled, use shadowmeld to hide.
- 2On the other side of the river, wait for the north Doom Guard to patrol left, grab the Claws of Attack +3, and then quickly grab the Slippers of Agility +3 on the left.
- 3Leave this area via the path to the southwest. Wait for the patrolling Doom Guard to head north, then slip behind him and take the path south.
- 4Cross the river and break open crates to reveal a Potion of Greater Healing. Be cautious as the Doom Guard patrols this far.
- 5Head left and watch for another Doom Guard. Follow him down the ramp on the left until you reach crates and a hut. Break the crates for a Scroll of Healing and break the cage to free a furbolg.
- 6Follow the furbolg down the path to the right. Ignore the Doom Guard he is fighting and run past.
- 7Continue up the path and follow the curve right to another Doom Guard. Wait for him to patrol south, follow him down, and take the left path briefly.
- 8When the Doom Guard patrols back north, move into the small area he patrolled and break crates for a Druid Pouch +1.
- 9Quickly move back down the left path, following the patrolling Doom Guard. At the end, head across the bridge.
- 10On the other side, kill the single Footman before breaking the crate barricade. Head into the area and take control of some archers. Break the crate for a Potion of Healing.
- 11Continue east across the river to where humans are fighting undead. Let them fight, and break the crate near the tents for a Ring of Superiority. Make space for it (consider dropping the Greater Healing Potion). Finish off any remaining units.
- 12Head east to an orc encampment with undead attacking. Let them fight, then clean up. Use your Scroll of Healing and run into the orc base with Tyrande to grab the Mantle of Intelligence +3. Ignore watch towers.
- 13After grabbing the mantle and escaping, use the healing potion if needed. Head southeast into the waygate.
- 14On the other side, a Fountain of Health and huntresses are fighting a shade. Once the shade is defeated, add the huntresses to your group.
- 15Destroy the gate, head north, and attack the shade to the left. Quickly shadowmeld.
- 16Wait for the patrolling Doom Guard to head north, then run right and kill the shade. Break crates for a Scroll of Healing (use it). Consider dropping the Ring of Protection to make space for the Gloves of Haste ahead.
- 17Run north with only Tyrande and grab the Gloves of Haste between some gargoyles. Quickly return to the middle right and shadowmeld.
- 18Follow the bottom path west, past the Doom Guard. Stop and shadowmeld halfway to the far left, where the Doom Guard heads north.
- 19When he moves away, send Tyrande west into the spiked area to get the Ring of Protection +2. Consider dropping the Druid Pouch +1.
- 20Wait for the Doom Guard patrolling the bottom left to head back left. Follow him at a distance.
- 21As it's likely morning (no more shadowmelding), kill the shade after following the Doom Guard north. Immediately run past the Doom Guard further north and head left to kill another shade. Shadowmeld to lose them.
- 22Tyrande may have leveled; grab the next rank of Trueshot Aura.
- 23Continue north to a gate. On the other side, pick up more archers and huntresses.
- 24Backtrack to the other side of the gate, make a right, and find Footmen fighting a Doom Guard. Let the Footmen weaken him, then finish him off with Tyrande and pick up a Tome of Strength.
Tips
- Always use Tyrande's shadowmeld ability ('I' key) to hide from patrolling Doom Guards, especially when you pull agro.
- Prioritize collecting key items like the Claws of Attack +3, Slippers of Agility +3, Gloves of Haste, and Rings of Protection/Superiority.
- Freeing the furbolg creates a useful diversion.
- Let allied units fight enemy units when possible to conserve Tyrande's health and resources.
- Manage inventory space carefully, dropping less useful items to make room for better ones.
- Consider Tyrande's abilities, such as Trueshot Aura, when she levels up.
