Trigger the Emerald Chamber glitch in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 using Debug Mode in Hidden Palace Zone to access Special Stages and bypass the Mini-Boss.

Walkthrough

    Activate Debug Mode.

    Go to the Hidden Palace Zone.
  3. 3
    Head past the battle with Knuckles.
  4. 4
    Jump on the grey Chaos Emeralds to enter the Special Stages of Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic The Hedgehog 3.

    Upon completing or failing a Special Stage, you will be taken to the location of the first Giant Ring in Act 2 of Angel Island Zone.

    You will then be taken to the Sonic 3 Special Stage.

    When sent back to the level, you can continue through it as normal.

  • You will not have to fight the Mini-Boss since you have bypassed it.
