Home attack a spring lift while airborne to evade enemies. Collect an extra life capsule and use another spring lift to reach Checkpoint 2.

    Checkpoint 2 To Checkpoint 3: Choose between left or right railings (right has a ring capsule). Defeat an armored tank by luring it to charge and move aside. Home attack a Beetle and then a spring lift. Ascend multiple spring lifts, defeating enemies at the peak. Use a spring to reach boosters, which propel you past Checkpoint 3 and down a railing.

    Checkpoint 3 To Goal: On the railing, quickly jump off and home attack two Beetles before they disappear, then target the Golden Beetle. Avoid fire from fire-breathing skulls on the next mountain. Use a spring lift, defeat a Beetle, then home attack across two more Beetles and a larger enemy to reach the top platform. Navigate past armored tanks and fire-breathing skulls. Take either the left or right railing to reach the final mountain and the goal.

    Mission 2: Collect 100 rings!
    • Follow the stage as usual, collecting rings. At the second checkpoint, do not take the rail. Instead, play the Mystic Melody at the nearby ancient shrine to reveal numerous rings. If you still need rings, take the right rail after dropping down to find another ring capsule.

    Mission 3: Find the lost Chao!
    • Progress through the stage until the second checkpoint. Do not take the railing. Look left for boxes; behind them is an ancient shrine. Play the Mystic Melody to reveal a row of rings. Light dash through them to find a spring lift. Follow it up, then jump to another platform and take the next spring lift. Continue ascending multiple spring lifts to reach the lost Chao at the top of the mountain.

    • This mission requires speed and efficiency. Focus on quickly defeating enemies, using light dash through rings, and avoiding damage.

    • Start To Checkpoint 1: After the initial railing, use a spring lift instead of boosters. Defeat a new enemy at the top and take the next spring lift. In the next section, where the rocket was, you'll find spiked balls. Home attack a Beetle when its shield is down, then hit the spring. Grind down a railing and ascend a spring lift to reach Checkpoint 1.
